About AGL
AGL (Aizan Genba Learning) is dedicated to support solving the real problems using clear guiding principles. "現場" or Genba (Go to the actual workplace) visit will be conducted prior to the module's design and development processes to understand better the actual situation faced by the clients. Meanwhile, "現地現物" or Genchi Genbutsu (Go and See) is needed to understand the available data and facts before and after the training intervention. We are passionate about what we do.

In COVID-19 pandemic, Norhaizan and her son were hit badly reformed them as visionary thinkers. They challenged themselves to start up AGL and go against the grain. People said they were too fragile, immature, unqualified as entrepreneur, and too broke to succeed in a their VUCA world. Nonetheless, they had full and strong faith in Allah. They believe their hardship was a blessing sign worth trying. Many years passed, they still accepting failures and raising up stronger. They are not only a true believer of the Japanese proverb, "七転び八起き", that means fall down seven times, stand up eight, but also embracing it.
